Provide a full scholarship, to cover all administrative costs, for a deserving child. Children applying for a scholarship live at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level. All scholarship are approved through the DOS scholarship committee. Donated Orthodontic Services (DOS) is a program of the American Association of Orthodontists Foundation (AAOF) that provides the conduit to orthodontic treatment for children that are affected by poverty. DOS charges a small administrative fee to families to offset program costs.
