The Simon Sinek + AAO Inspiring Leadership program cultivates confident leaders who inspire their teams to grow and succeed together. In this 6 module, customized program, Simon Sinek, his trusted collaborators, and your AAO colleagues give you the tools to become a courageous leader of high-performing teams. A leader who is inspired and inspires others. Winter 2026 begins February 26, 2026. You go at your own pace, with modules unlocking at the completion of the previous one. You will have access to the course for one year and there are downloadable workbooks for each module. Earn 15 units of CE and a Simon Sinek certificate at the successful completion of the course. Refund/Cancellation policy: Within 10 days prior to the start of the cohort, submit your request in writing to Mindi Brothers at mbrothers@aaortho.org. Refund requests should include the member’s number and the reason for the refund. All refund requests are subject to approval by the AAO.
